Hi techleads; PM. We use tickets in gcc-linaro to track the state of upstreaming a particular patch. The bugs are marked 'Fix committed' when they land and 'Fix released' when upstream make a release containing that change. Unfortunately the next release could be a year away so bugs like: https://bugs.launchpad.net/gcc-linaro-tracking/+bug/628739 show up as 'todo' on status.linaro.org. I've asked James if he coud change status.linaro.org so that 'Fix committed' count as done.
