Hi Gang, I took an action at UDS to propose a change to all of you on behalf of the PM team.
Today most WGs send out the minutes of their weekly meeting AND also produce a weekly status report that usually has a lot of duplication. It also goes to various places. The proposal on the table is: 1) Each team sends ONLY their weekly status report 2) The report is mailed ONLY to linaro-dev 3) In the report will be a link to the weekly meeting minutes The PMs have agreed that this would cut down on email (and some work) while still providing a sufficient level of detail for all involved.
