Hi. May I suggest a simple process improvement?
That when we take a longer leave (several days) enter a name for a replacement in the description field of the entry in the Linaro Leave Calendar. I think that's the first and obvious place people will look in. At least for anyone in a lead position this is important. It's creates unnecessary friction when activities are halted due to lack of communication. As a corollary, it helps if the replacement is briefed and has a clue of what's going on :-) BR, Tony
