Hi. I was looking for some publicly available (eg wiki) summary of the papyrs/roadmap process and couldn't seem to find one. Loic suggested I email this list to ask for one.
The context here is that Samsung have been asking about possible A15 QEMU work. We have some Papyrs entries for this, like https://linaro-public.papyrs.com/public/4105/TCWG2011-A15-QEMU https://linaro-public.papyrs.com/public/4521/TCWG2011-A15-QEMU-VIRT/ I was hoping to also have a URL I could send them which added some caveats about the possible statuses of papyrs entries (eg that some are still in a drafting stage and might change, that some might be finalised but not approved to actually be implemented, and so on) and explained how you can tell the difference.
