Hi,
This branch removes tracking of Oneiric since that pulls in >200 blueprints.
The config supports tracking a project instead of an Ubuntu release and that's
probably what we want to do.
I've moved 'linaro' from the extra_projects to make it the main project (there
has to be one if we don't track a release).
