Hi, At Connect we talked about how to do formal PM work in Engineering with handoffs and such from Member Services.

Your review and edits would be most appreciated: https://wiki.linaro.org/ProjectManagement/Methodology We still have some actions from this to do. 1) ACTION: collect relevant PM templates and put them somewhere (gdocs, wiki, etc) * ACTION: create vanilla project plan template * ACTION: develop a communication plan template * Action: create a change mgt plan template * ACTION: create a status report template ANMAR - do you still have our templates handy that we can reuse for this? I can go find the older copies if not. 2) ACTION: investigate the possibility of the LTs carrying a patch for Engineering if the member requires it but upstream rejects it (or modifies it in someway which breaks the member’s requirements) This is for Vicky. We need to know at what point this could become an option. 3) ACTION: query OPSCOM to see if a completed and updated card with email is enough or whether we need something more formal This is for Ilias. 4) Action: Mounir to transform change management into a wonderfully delightful but yet lightweight process. :-) Thanks for volunteering.
