Hello PMs/Techleads

you may have heard the OPSCOM term mentioned before. This is the
"Operations Subcommittee to the TSC", here is a description:

== A. Goals of OPSCOM
- to ensure cards on engineering roadmap get delivered
- to monitor plans and deliverables from engineering in alignment with
requirements from Linaro members and the roadmap
- to monitor and improve Linaro's engineering processes

For a first draft of the goals and our current status check [1].

== B. Who, when, where?
- representatives from each member company
- Joey Stanford, Ilias Biris (Operations), Loïc Minier (Engineering scope)
- meeting monthly (so far - about to start meeting bi-weekly)
- mailing list : [email protected]

== What YOU need to do:
1. Give input about any delivery issues for your essential/high priority
roadmap cards for this cycle. To make this manageable, indicate any
blocking issues or significant changes needed (things like altering the
deliverables core functionality, or changing the acceptance criteria).

2. If you are also facing issues with the current roadmap process, as is
described in [2], ie the cards lifecycle, tracking changes and
splitting content across the timeline you can raise those issues. We
have already gathered requirements from the members related to the
process and tool issues and we are working on those.

You can send your feedback to the OPSCOM list directly: [email protected].

Many thanks,
