Hello TLs/PMs The cards for 2012Q1 should be completed by next week (before Connect). For the list of cards which are targeted for 2012Q1 please see this (hopefully familiar) rapidboard:

For a model on the closeout check https://wiki.linaro.org/OPSCOM/RoadmapProcessWithJIRA#Delivering_a_card_-_what_to_do Once you are ready with the closeouts, make sure you press the "Request a Close-out" button at the top menu of each card closing out. If a card is in any state BUT "Engineering", and yet it has finished, then please talk to me or Loic to manage its transition to closeout review state in JIRA. b. Especially for cards which *will* have leftovers based on the acceptance criteria: in their closeout section indicate what is the missed content and propose what to do with the leftovers - ideally you should already have card(s) in the pipeline to cover the missed content in the coming quarter(s) if it is still important. If in doubt what to do please ask questions!
