Yes, as a user of the data, but not as a maintainer.  I do use it to
help me keep track of what is happening in engineering.

This is always been a little ad-hoc.  Not everyone updated things
regularly; meaning the burn down charts were not that useful.  The
quality of the breakdown of work into work items on the blueprints
varied widely as well, affecting the accuracy of the data.
