I tested the the u-boot from lp:~jcrigby/ubuntu/natty/u-boot- linaro/proposed-2011.04.1 (one John said the device tree is enabled) and it worked fine for both Omap 3 and Omap 4 with our ARM images, so it should be good to upload.
