Bug description:
mx51 images have been listed in
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/NattyNarwhal/ReleaseImageContacts for most of
the development cycle, but work to get image building started did not
get done. We have appropriate QA resources in place for an Ubuntu
Headless image and a Kubuntu image, so this is a proposed FFe to let
this work go forward.
It is not expected to impact existing ubuntu-arm team work.
