If there is an error in l-m-c then fetch-image doesn't report this to
the user.
RELEASE NOTE:
* The linaro-fetch-image-ui tool doesn't report errors from running
linaro-media-create. This means that if image creation fails it will be
reported as completing successfully, but the image won't work.
