Zygmunt Krynicki proposed the following answer:
Currently there is no UI for that.
The only thing to do is to manually edit the test registry.
It is stored in ~/.config/abrek/registry.json.
The file is rather straightforward to read and edit. The only caveat is
making sure it is valid JSON (trailing commas, quotes, etc.)
