Should have "latest" link to last successful build dir

Bug description:
This is related to bug 684229, but just about the path to the build results
dir, not
the filenames of the results as well.
We would like a "latest" link that resolves to the last successful build dir.
We would prefer
it it linked all the way to "tar" or "hwpacks", but just to the date-based
dir would be ok.
