iirc there was scratchbox rootfs based on Lenny available and this will
be newer then Dapper (which is nearly 5 years old now).

gcc-4.5 from 'natty' may be buildable even under dapper but you will
have to backport some other packages too to make it work. As we do not
support anything older then 10.04 'lucid' there will be no work done to
make such backport.
