Hi Bruno. It looks like you're trying to build a cross compiler. You'll also need a 'sysroot' which supplies the headers, libraries, and startup files for the target itself. You could also try the pre-built cross compilers at https://launchpad.net/~linaro-maintainers/+archive/toolchain.
