Hi there.  I've cc'ed our Android team as they can give you pointers
on that side.

We work on the Cortex-A series of processors including the Cortex-A8
in the AM3359.  You can use Linaro GCC, including our binary build[1],
to build u-boot, the kernel, and Android.  Android is a little bit
special as it wants the tools built and packaged in a certain way.
Have a look on our wiki for how to build Android from source, which
will include links to the right tools builds.
