We should add docs to those two projects. I have some boilerplate docs
for lava-tool (not published yet, I'll push them today) and I think we
can easily add them to lava-scheduler-tool.
We should use launchpad answers until ask.linaro.org story is clear to
everyone in the team (unless that's already happened and I never
noticed). Launchpad answers can promote some of the questions to
frequently asked questions so that users going there for support may
already get their problems solved.
