I don't think we can convert them, because we don't know where all
they've been created. However, its worth entertaining the idea of adding
the YAML format for declarative tests to lava-test.
From a priority standpoint, its probably low for now since these tests
can be run under our lava-test-shell. At a minimum its interesting and
seems worthy of our backlog.
