Quality seems good, can't really tell much about workability until the

I updated this with status... lots of good news and a bit of less good
news. There's a pic of the lmp-usb board there assembled (and it's
fully working).

FFC uSD end at least fits well into uSD socket.
Was it hard to source that?
Not really, but it's custom-made.
