Devices available via the scheduler can be accessed by submitting jobs
to validation.linaro.org and this process is covered in the
documentation available on validation.linaro.org itself - just follow
the link. You'll need to be able to sign in to submit jobs. Currently,
this requires either a Linaro account or a Launchpad account.

Job submission involves providing a test definition including the
location of an image which can be deployed to the board and tests which
can be run once the board has booted the supplied image. Direct
connection to the boards is not normally possible. Tests can be
debugged using log files and result analysis with test result parsing
or filters.

As Tyler mentioned, the LAVA team are currently at a week long
conference, during which time we are improving and expanding the
documentation.

You can also find example jobs by following the link from the scheduler
you quoted above. Simply click on any of the ID links in the table to
view the job. From the job log file, you can view the definition which
gives you a starting point for a job of your own.

panda03 has been fairly quiet recently, so a lot of the recent jobs are
health checks - those cannot be directly submitted by users.
