New Desktop Environment

I saw an anouncement in comp.os.linux.announce for the the release of the 
beta version of the KDE desktop environment.  I downloaded it yesterday 
and have been playing with pretty heavily for a while now.

This is a real nice product, by far the most advanced and complete desktop 
I have seen for Linux.
