free fonts again

There's not too terribly much there yet, but
<http://www.io.com/~cloos/fonts/> is a page about GPLed fonts; there's a bar
code font for USPS mail and the author alludes to "writing utilities for
font production." I checked out the software he's got so far and it's a
fairly short Perl script that looks like it writes a PFM file.
