I'm a long time Lincoln resident who rents. New findings just came back from having hired (an amazing) micologist/mold inspection scientist who determined that a serious moisture/mold contamination issue stems from the basement. The basement needs remediation and numbers of repairs that are being mobilized now by the landlady. I was slated to be moving back in this weekend, but with this new information it's looking like I may not be able to go back well into the month till all is resolved. I need to stay local both for my work and to be present for organizing and tossing out all porous belongings in the basement and cleaners for the upstairs.
