From the picture below, it looks like the peaches stayed in their original packaging - correct me if that wasn’t the case. The directions that came with ours said to to take them out and put them stem side down on a towel on the counter a couple of inches away from each other, which we did. After a few days they ripened, and were delicious. We only lost a few.
