We're looking downsize but stay in Lincoln. We're a family of 3, myself and twin 10-year-old daughters. They are currently in the Lincoln middle school and we'd all like to stay in this school system. We're looking for a small 3-bedroom house, townhouse, or condo in Lincoln. We have some flexibility but would want to move by next summer at the latest.
