Greetings from the Conservation Department!
Summer is almost over, which means it's time for our Fall Trail Walks! Join 
Conservation staff on Tuesday mornings this September & October as we visit 
different trails in Lincoln. Our schedule for this season includes:

  *   September 21 - Mount Misery
  *   September 28 - Drumlin Farm to Weston Woods
  *   October 12 - Flint's Pond East
  *   October 19 - Codman East Woods and Hemlock Grove
  *   October 26 - Browning Fields, Pigeon Hill, Chapman Pasture

Stormwater Pollution Prevention Tips for Homeowners:

  *   Pick up after your pets
  *   Compost yard waste (leaves and grass clippings)
  *   Throw out trash in tied-garbage bags
  *   Don't put loose debris in truck beds
  *   Have regular maintenance performed on your vehicle and septic system
  *   Use fertilizer/insecticides sparingly
  *   Re-direct downspouts towards yards
