Animal scat is notoriously hard to I.D. One key I.D for bear is size:  how much of it is there?  Both of those photos look to me like fall raccoon scat. Both seem way too small for bear. Wild canid scat is generally twisted and not a big series of lumps like these two. But the key is what is the animal eating? That will determine the shape of the scat.

Just my guess, based on photos and text from Mark Elbroch's "Mammal Tracks and Sign" , the  definitive book about scat .
