Colleen, it's not particularly difficult to do it yourself - if you have a DVD
drive that plugs into your computer. (If you do not, you can get one for $20
from Amazon or Best Buy.)

I recommend using VLC Player, a free, open-source piece of video (and audio)
player. I've been using it for over a decade now.

The process is pretty straightforward; any high schooler - or middle schooler,
really -- can walk through it with you.

See, e.g., https://www.wikihow.com/Rip-DVD-Audio-to-MP3-Using-VLC-Media-Player
and

An external drive from Amazon, brand doesn't matter:

Subject: [LincolnTalk] dvds to cds

Does anybody know where I can get the audio portion of some DVDs converted in
to CDs?
