Hello Lincoln Friends, Many people have asked where things that the Swap Shed cannot handle (due to large quantity, size and perhaps inappropriateness like old stuffed animals, etc...) can be donated locally.
Below is Zero Waste Lincoln's "Beyond the Swap" Resource Guide for Reuse and Donations. Thanks in advance for donating your items to these great organizations and for keeping reusable items out of the waste incinerator. Sincerely, Zero Waste Lincoln (Feel free to email [email protected] directly for the one page PDF of this. LT- wouldn't accept it as an attachment.) *Zero Waste Lincoln Beyond the Swap: REUSE & Donation Resource List * ● *Acton Household Goods* https://householdgoods.org/ Household Goods, Inc. provides a full range of donated furniture and household items, free of charge, to help people in need make a home.
