Because of many complaints, Lincoln no long allows Butler Septic to be licensed
in Lincoln.

Hello Ellen

Roger Maillett, who owned and ran Butler for decades, retired to Maine where he
had a long standing home. He sold the business to a gentleman who, as you
noticed, failed to maintain Rogers’s level of customer service, and raised the
rates.
After checking in with the local contractor network, they were all supporting
Jonathan Fairbanks of Fairbanks Septic. I’ve had him take care of my place as
well as clients and he’s been fantastic. The same responsiveness with better
attention to property/ landscaping, at a price consistent with the market which
Roger represented.
His cell is +1 (978) 562-4457. And he’s listed herein.

Regards
Stephen

Hi all: We have used Butler Septic to pump out our septic every other year for
the past 15 years and now, no one answers or returns phone calls. Suggestions?
Thanks, as always, Ellen Meyer Shorb
