All Persons 12 and older Eligible to be Vaccinated are Welcome!
At this time, vaccinations for children 5 – 11 years are not available at this
clinic. They may be offered at CVS and Walgreens as soon as this weekend. If
they become available for this clinic, additional information will be provided.

2. What is the desired specialty? Select- COVID-19 Testing and Vaccination
3. COVID-19 Visit Type? Select the type of vaccination you need; first,
second or third dose or J&J booster
4. Click on the blue Search bar
5. Select an appointment time
6. Complete the required information form
7. Click on the blue Book Appointment bar
Not sure what time will work for you? You can drop-in for a shot anytime
between 1pm – 4pm without an appointment. Registering for an appointment will
ensure that we have enough staff, vaccine of each type, and supplies.
Children under the age of 18 receiving their first or second vaccine doses do
not need to have a parent/guardian with them at the time of vaccination but
they will need to bring a complete, signed consent form
