To each, his own. For those who consume meat, this is an environmentally sensitive way to do it. The birds are local, they are part of a cycle of restoring the land as they graze and fertilize as they go…in one end, out the other. And, they have not traveled far when you purchase them. And, and, and, you are supporting local ag.
