Did renewal on snowblower and generator a couple of months ago. Both working perfectly now, easy starting etc., and reasonable pricing, given the fact that no good place will be dirt cheap. Expect it to take some weeks if they have to order an odd part. BTW Online reviews of all the companies within 25 miles have varyings comments from awful to good. So I just bit the bullet and chose Lowell since know the area and the shop seemed big enough. Maybe lucky, but I would go back again, given the results.
