Happy New Year Neighbors,

Please join a small group of us as we open to the new year with a gentle yoga 
practice.
We stretch, strengthen, and balance body, mind, and spirit.
Regenerative, positive, and relaxing
we motivate and support each other as we navigate the new year ahead.

Registration is open for virtual hatha yoga classes through Lincoln Parks and 
Recreation.
Classes begin the week of January 11.
