Margaret, I want to thank you, publicly, for your unfailing patience and 
clarity in responding to citizen concerns on this list.
When we vote on an issue, whether on a state or a town level, it’s really 
important that we understand the implications of the language used. This isn’t 
always easy, and town committees often struggle to get warrant articles just 
right. Jumping to conclusions, without informed discussion, can derail the most 
well-intended efforts.
With that, I’ll just say I think anything Lincoln can do to alleviate our 
regional housing crisis is a good thing. I’ve seen what that has done to 
communities in California, and it’s not pretty. Zoning is an obstacle, but not 
the total solution.
