A short background: He is trying to get home to Brazil to finalize an estate battle regarding his recently deceased father. His father's death was unexpected and it was painful enough that he couldn't make it to the funeral. The legal proceedings have been going on for over a year. He would like to be able to visit Brazil in March for a critical hearing and is trying to find a way that wouldn't lock him out of the US. Thank you ahead of time for any advice.
