Hi Lincoln, We’re seeking someone that might be available on occasional weekends to walk and/or visit with our dog when she is left alone on days we are gone for long periods. She has a regular mid-week walker but often we need weekend help that our regular folks cannot accommodate.
She is a very sweet and friendly 9 year old that, at the least, needs someone who could visit, let her out to relieve herself and spend some time hanging out with her a couple times a day. So that task could be a responsible high schooler. She can survive without a proper walk (she typically gets an hour of off-leash walk daily) if that is beyond what anyone out there is comfortable with, so not a necessary component of what we’re seeking. With a visit she can run around the yard, bark at some deer and get aired out adequately without leaving home provided there is some oversight to let her out and in and snuggle her on the couch for a bit.
