This 26% tax credit includes the new Solar Assisted Water Heaters <https://news.energysage.com/what-are-solar-assisted-heat-pumps-and-how-do-you-compare-them/> which have a heat pump but no fan so it can be placed in a smaller area than a traditional heat pump for domestic hot water.
