Dear LincolnTalk, I couldn’t agree more with Andy Payne’s below endorsement of Jim Hutchinson for Select Board based on my personal experience of working with him on the water commission since 2019. As he said at the candidate forum, he really is here to listen and best serve our community, not to follow his own agenda, and he does that with the respectful active listening skills, analytic abilities, and town’s will, values (and purse) top of mind.
