As I said before, contact the Selects and ask to have a discussion. Otherwise, you can start a citizen’s petition to request a position be funded in the DPW budget. There is a way to see if others also agree that our tax dollars should pay for this, otherwise, we can go out with trash bags and each do a little bit in our neighborhoods.
