Join Michele Grzenda, Lincoln Conservation Department & Bryn Gingrich, Lincoln Land Conservation Trust. Explore two of Lincoln’s Conservation Lands with staff from Lincoln Conservation Department and Lincoln Land Conservation Trust. Late May and early June are a perfect time to be outdoors as our forests, wetlands, and fields burst with the colors and sounds of spring! We will occasionally stop and discuss a natural history topic and point out some common birds and plants. Walks will be approximately 2-3 miles long and last approximately 2 hours. Please leave pets at home since our focus is on nature. Wear sturdy shoes and always dress for the weather. Hiking poles may be helpful as our trails are rocky and leaf covered. Optional: binoculars, bug spray, backpack to carry water and other personal items. 5/26 & 6/2, 1-3pm. Pre-registration required. Click on the link below for more details and to register. Questions?
