That is very tragic, yet how does that compare to the wildlife killed by all the oil spills, 'natural' gas leaks/fires, coal ash pit river fouling, release of nuclear radiation, etc., etc.?
Yes, if you cherry-pick news reports on renewable energy, you can find some regrettable things. Yet, they will never approach a miniscule percentage of the environmental disasters of the nuclear and extraction fuel industries.
