Note that there is little land that is not wetlands, conservation land, Codman 
Farm, Codman House, or privately owned and already developed.

I would urge you contact the Planning Board for notification of meetings where 
this is being discussed.
Meeting are still Zoom and I believe they are recorded.

Another key player who has brought Lincoln to 14% “affordable” housing is our 
Housing Commission.
