I’m looking for a tenant who would be interested in sharing a 4-bedroom house on a dead end street in North Lincoln. You’d have exclusive use of the second floor which includes 2 good size bedrooms along with a small bedroom with large closets and storage space. There’s also a full-bath.
Common spaces would include the dining room, living room, 1st floor bath, kitchen and laundry room. There’s also a large deck which is accessible through the kitchen. It’s a wonderful house with plenty of sunlight abutted on three sides by conservation land. This would be rented on a month by month basis. If interested, you would be required to fill out a rental application, a credit check, and provide at least 3 references from previous landlords, business associates, etc. A Small dog and/or cat is fine. Also, 1st month’s rent, a security deposit and last month rent is due before move-in. This house will be available mid May. Please email me if you’re interested.
