Good afternoon. We have been using Dependable Laundry of Watertown for laundry and dry cleaning pick-up and delivery, which lately has become...well...quite undependable. They are constantly misplacing or mis-delivering our laundry and even lost forever one batch of our laundry (any of you out there get a charitable delivery of mostly clean flannel shirts and jeans a few months ago?).
Any suggestions for another service which picks up and delivers in Lincoln twice a week and which is a bit more reliable? Our needs are more for basic laundry (wash, dry and fold) than dry cleaning. Thanks so much. Bill Rizzo
