I'm afraid I haven't been following this closely enough. Why is it that Bemis Hall can't just tell the guy to forget it, the Hall's not available? If there's a deposit, return it. Is Bemis Hall considered part of the government of Lincoln such that First Amendment issues preclude telling him to take a hike? I think I read that he was not forthcoming when the Hall was engaged. I mean, would Trump have a right to come and speak his lies at Bemis Hall?
