For 18 years, I've been a patient of Harvard Vanguard, Somerville. They have many clinics across the region, and offer in-house lab work, radiology, and many specialties. In 2015, there was a multi-clinic reorganization that unified a bunch of systems into one, Atrius Health.
Since then, the quality of administration there has steadily declined (though I have no complaint about the quality of clinicians). Now, one can no longer find a primary care provider. Doctors are leaving, and it's hard even to speak to anyone. I'm seeking primary care nearby. I'm willing to sacrifice integrated urgent care and lab work for good administration and excellent care.
