Lincoln has a venerable history of conservation use - yes we are privileged. No 
doubt about it. But how about we are known as the town that welcomes walkers - 
particularly since biking opportunities abound around us. As I said in my 
letter - quiet, undisturbed time in the woods is critical to our well being.
