Hello All, The pandemic propelled many folks to expand and broaden professionally. As a holistic practitioner and teacher, choosing to immerse myself into an area I have long been interested in namely, *Manual Lymph Drainage / Complete Decongestive Therapies *was made financially feasible from being a St. Vincent De Paul Society scholarship recipient. I am humbled and blessed for the opportunities that the Society helps to create and make possible in the lives of people in this area.
I am now finalizing the process of becoming certified in this critical modality to help people who struggle with lymphedema, lipodema, and their associative chronic symptoms and health issues. I need to practice my bandaging / compression wrapping techniques for my upcoming final skills check-off test and am looking for able and willing bodies as my practice subjects. It is not at all necessary that one has any of these conditions in order to be a subject. The wrapping is done on one arm and one leg, and light to moderate pressure on those limbs may be felt while they are wrapped. The time involved is approximately 60-90 mns. and may be performed at my home or yours.
